kind of guarantee you give?
Normally, the materials
of our inflatable games can last more than 3 year. If it is damaged or broken,
you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long for us
to return the goods, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

CE/UL requirements?
Presently, we didn’t apply
the CE/UL procedures. Our games including blower have been exported allover the
world such as USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on, our products
sell well in the mentioned market. But for a larger volume, we can get CE/UL approval
for the blower respectly.

You can order by Fax.

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our
bank and the account number is just in the ‘ order confirmation’.

→.How do you start the order?
After confirmed the specification and received the 50%
provisional payment of the total order amount, we will start to produce the items.
And also, we will email the pictures to you after we finished the manufacturing
the items you ordered, then we will send the cargo to you by sea or air after
received the left 50% payment.

time?
Our regular delivery time is about 6-10
days according to the quantity and different quality request.

→.Shipping?
We
have a professional logistics agency company to deal with the air and ocean transaction.
The air transportation time is 2-3 days from Guangzhou to Europe or American base
airports. The ocean shipping time is about 20 days to Mid-east,25 days to Europe
and USA western ports, and about 30 days to east USA ports. |
